Shipping and Returns:

  • All Sales Final: Please note that we do not accept returns. All sales are final. If you have any questions or issues with your order, please contact us for assistance.
     

  • Shipping:

    • ​Our primary shipping carrier is the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping costs are calculated based the selected shipping method and the cost it takes to ship the item.
       

    • We offer free shipping for $100 or more. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We do not provide international shipping at this time. 
       

    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses during the checkout process. We cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
       

    • We take utmost care to ensure perfect packaging. In the rare event of your package arriving damaged, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include a clear picture of the damage in your message. This will help us swiftly and effectively address the issue for you.
       

    • Carrier-Related Delays: Our standard delivery window is 3-8 business days post-tracking initiation. We recognize that delays in shipping can be inconvenient, and we appreciate your patience. In the event of any challenges, please reach out to the carrier directly for assistance. 
       

  • Farm Pickup:
    We currently offer Farm Pickup for free. Kindly await confirmation before scheduling the pickup of your order. Ensure you have your order confirmation number handy during the pickup process. Please be mindful that we are a small business, and scheduling times may be limited. â€‹
     

  • Privacy and Safety:

    • ​Secure Transactions:  We use secure payment gateways to ensure the safety of your transactions.

    • Personal Information: We respect your privacy and handle your personal information with care. Your details will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
